Sami Smart Solutions · samismartsolutions.com
Technology, mobility and ideas built by the next generation.
SSS is a young maker-led technology business working across 3D printing, electric mobility, product design and engineering experiments — with everything documented as it's built.
What is Sami Smart Solutions?
SSS isn't only about selling products. It's about learning how products are imagined, designed, prototyped, manufactured and brought to market — and showing that process publicly.
Custom 3D printing, design help and printed products made to order.
Electric scooters and accessories, starting with the Kugoo range.
Projects, prototypes and research documented from idea to result.
Robotics, STEM builds and modular mobility — architecture ready for them.
Meet the Maker
Sami is 13 and enjoys turning ideas into real, physical products. He designs parts, prints them, tests them, and then improves them — which is exactly how real product development works.

Kugoo
Everyday scooter aimed at longer rides. Specs to be confirmed by SSS.

Kugoo
Higher-power model for experienced riders. Specs to be confirmed by SSS.

Custom 3D Printing
Send an STL, OBJ, 3MF or STEP file — or just describe what you need and SSS will help design it. You'll get a quote before anything is printed.
Made by SSS
A growing engineering portfolio — every part with the problem it solved.

Useful Parts
A clamp that holds a phone and a light on one handlebar point.

Replacement Parts
Measured, modelled and reprinted a handle that was no longer sold.

Prototypes
Printed-in-place gears used to test tolerances between parts.

Models
Layered terrain model printed as a display piece.

Custom Designs
Customer name plate printed with a colour change mid-print.

School Projects
Printed truss sections to compare which shape held more load.
SSS Lab
Projects currently being developed in the workshop.
Future project spotlight
An independent SSS research and development project exploring whether reusable components could let young builders construct different human-powered or electric rideable creations — and rebuild them as they grow.
Status: research and concept development. Nothing is confirmed, and no parts are for sale.

Latest from the workshop
