Useful scooter add-ons are often generic and fit badly.
The idea
Design accessories against real measurements from the scooters in the workshop.
Development journey
- 01 Measured handlebar diameters and mounting points.
- 02 Printed and fitted first clamp prototypes.
- 03 Reworked the bolt boss after a crack in version one.
What we learned
- Wall thickness matters more than infill on clamp parts.
Next step
Field-test version two over a longer period.
